As Managing Partner of Sharjah and Northern Emirates, Yasser led and oversaw professional and commercial expansion strategies that doubled clients and staff numbers and delivered client industry diversity. He led the service delivery and relationships for a number of large organizations in various industries such as banks and financial institutions, insurance companies, real estate, in addition to industrial, manufacturing, and trading companies.
As a renowned Thought Leader, Yasser has arranged and delivered a number of training sessions, workshops, and seminars to clients and team members. Moreover, through other professional organizations, he contributed to various publications and articles relating to governance, world’s best practices, and innovative solutions to global business challenges.

KPMG
Yasser was recruited by KPMG’s Executive to be the first Director managing a practice of more than 50 professional staff and 120 clients, along with two other existing partners.
Leading a team of three managers and 25+ staff, he successfully introduced a highly tactical approach for directing all aspects of assignments for both local and multinational clients.
Yasser leveraged specialist knowledge and experience to enhance the efficiency of clients’ businesses and KPMG’s practice by improving staff utilization, projects, and job realization processes that facilitated the development of staff capability and increased profitability across all service lines.
Further, he conducted several professional technical training seminars for clients and staff that reflected very positively on the profile of the firm.

ERNST & YOUNG
Yasser joined Ernst & Young in Amman, Jordan as a Director in the Assurance advisory line of service. During his tenure with EY, he supported and worked directly with the managing partner in preparation for quality assurance and reviews.
Yasser ensured that all assignment and project programs and procedures have been implemented properly and sufficiently within certain large local and international banks. He checked compliance with the audit methodology, anti-money laundering requirements, audit independence, risk and controls, internal controls assessment, Sarbanes Oxley section 404 reporting, IT environment assessment and audit, and others.

DELOITTE
Yasser started his career with Deloitte. During his tenure, Yasser was picked to manage a high profile, strategic portfolio of clients.
Playing an effective and critical role in supporting commercial expansion, Yasser efficiently managed and directed assignments for a variety of significant clients.
He implemented service delivery frameworks that improved client engagement processes and project outcomes, facilitating substantial portfolio growth in client numbers and revenue generated.
Yasser also played a key role in building and training a team of professionals to ensure service excellence and quality outcomes.
