Yasser Atiyyeh, Managing Partner of XB4, has 20+ years of experience in the fields of finance and accounting, reporting, capital market and IPOs, internal controls, and risk assessments in market sectors encompassing trade, real estate/construction, energy, and financial services across the Middle East and the USA.

Yasser spent most of his career working for Big Four firms, which granted him the ability to leverage commercial expertise to creatively design client engagement programs that directly influence operational success. With his strong background in Financial Reporting Standards, Yasser has worked on different financial reporting frameworks under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRSs), US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), International Standards on Auditing (ISAs), and the Accounting and Auditing Organization for Islamic Financial Institutions Standards (AAOIFI). His assurance experience also included Sarbanes Oxley section 404 audit and reporting, internal control assessment, valuations, direct and indirect taxation.
